Jai Broome
Research Coordinator
As of 2024, Jai Broome is a Research Scientist in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Washington where he leads the genetic analysis component for a diverse portfolio of Alzheimer’s Disease research projects. Jai received his B.A. in economics from Northwestern University before joining the Human Nature Lab as a Research Assistant. He was first introduced to network science while interning at Syndio Social, a Chicago-based consulting start-up specializing in network analysis. He is passionate about the confluence of network science and public health, and is excited to be involved in cutting edge research on the two topics. He loves hiking, mountain biking, and generally spending time outside when he visits his childhood home in Oregon.
