Research Assistant

Karina Raygoza joined the Human Nature Lab in 2022 as a Research Assistant and now serves as a Research Associate, contributing to research on social network dynamics and public health. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Yale School of Public Health and a Medical Doctor degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, México. Karina is interested in using social networks to inform and improve public health interventions, particularly in resource-limited settings. Her work at the lab includes collaborations on topics such as wife-beating beliefs, mental health, and the evolution of social relationships in response to health practices, as well as methodological studies on the dynamics of social ties.
