Sergio Nazaire

Sergio Nazaire is an undergraduate Sociology major in the class of 2018 and a recent addition to the Honduras Network Project team. He is ecstatic to be a part of the lab and currently studies social networks in the weekly HNL workshop and an undergraduate seminar taught by Professor Emily Erikson. He spent his freshman summer studying Public Health abroad in Argentina and Uruguay, and is intrigued and inspired by people and how they create relationships and connect. A proud fitness nut, he aspires to combine his love for fitness and people with the salutogenic perspective of health to combat obesity in the US, and inspire people to connect with their bodies and embrace fitness as a form of personal evolution. In his spare time, you can find him working with Yale's Public Health Coalition, playing some jazz piano, and reading away in the Saybrary.
