Amelia Holcomb
Amelia is an undergraduate research assistant at the Human Nature Lab. She is majoring in mathematics with a strong focus in computer science. She spent her first summer with HNL programming a mathematical model to simulate and study the spread of collective behaviors on social networks, exploring questions about the effects of different targeted interventions on group action. She is also coding some of the client-facing side of HNL's social network research web application. In her free time, this New York City native can be found sampling the world's best bagels or trying to persuade herself that it's really about time she got her learner's permit.
